Tuscan Villa - Carmel Valley
Text Box: The owner of this 5.7-acre hillside site desired a Tuscan Villa, oriented to the sweeping views and morning sun. Congleton Architect designed a new 3,500 square foot main residence, 800 square foot guest house, and two-story garage winery, linked together with an arbor.
