Salvation Army Monterey Peninsula Corps Centennial Master Plan - Seaside

In 1995, at the start of their Centennial Campaign, the Salvation Army commissioned Congleton Architect to prepare a master plan for future programs and projects.  Based on this plan, the Salvation Army has developed a teen center, adult and child day care, a four-step program of basic services and housing for homeless persons and families, and an administrative/emergency service facility.

The master plan is a ‘living document’ which has changed as the needs of the Salvation Army’s clients and community have changed.  Congleton Architect has been continuously involved in crafting solutions to Army needs, designing facilities and obtaining approvals leading to implementation of the Salvation Army’s various service programs.
