Restoration and Adaptive Reuse
Congleton Architect takes pride in a
Variety of design solutions for restoration and creative use of significant structures.
Restoration of historic elements requires attention to detail, research into the
“memory” of how the structure was built and evolved over time, and a perception of the context of the historic structure in
relation to its modern environs.
These projects are not museums; they have found adaptive uses and play a
significant contemporary role. To support these new uses, Congleton Architect has created innovative designs for interior spaces and site developments.
Selected projects include three residences, a senior center, a lodge, two office buildings, and a church.
