Brian Congleton received his Architecture Degree from the University of Colorado in 1970, and is licensed in Colorado and California. Since 1975 he has been providing architectural services, master planning and designing commercial and community facilities, single and multi-family housing, historic preservation, and renovation of existing properties.

Congleton has supplemented his architectural practice with involvement in the Monterey Peninsula community, serving on the following boards:

  • Carmel Design Traditions Committee 1998-2002
  • AIAMB Concepts Competition for Housing 2001-04
  • Member of Rotary since 1987, President Carmel Rotary Club 2009-10
